Notwithstanding any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the User will have the right to present a claim before a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of habitual residence, place of work or place of supposed infraction, in case he/she believes that the processing of personal data was not in line with the law, and in the case of not being satisfied in the exercise of his/her fundamental rights. The supervisory authority before which the claim has been presented will inform the claimant of the course and result of the claim.
