The Spanish Supreme Court has ruled on fifteen appeals in relation to claims for damages for the ‘truck cartel‘ from different Provincial Courts. On May 10 and 11, the High Court held five public hearings corresponding to fifteen appeals referring to five manufacturers. The appeals refer to five manufacturers (MAN, DAF, IVECO, DAIMLER MERCEDES and VOLVO/RENAULT) and address the following questions: 1. Content and scope of the European Commission’s decision. 2.
